Hi fellas, this is my Full-Body Workout for today.
The Comb Chair get-ups +kettlebell halo+ front lunges. A functional training bringing you strength, flexibility and endurance. The Kettlebell exercise can easily take place indoor and outdoor but you know, during Summer, I love to exercise outside and enjoy myself while doing it. For example you can get up early to stroll or train before work for a cool start to a busy day while enjoying the typical Summerโ€™s atmosphere- such a perfect time to stay fit and relaxed outside- enjoying nature and nice temperature.
Being active is great for your physical and mental health, take your workout outside and enjoy the sun!

How are you folks? I would like to share with you my workout suggestion for today (or tomorrow ๐Ÿ˜), which is:
"One arm kettlebell swing squat". A fast but efficient movement.๐Ÿง
๐Ÿ‹๐Ÿผโ€โ™€๏ธ๐Ÿ‹๐Ÿพโ€โ™€๏ธ๐Ÿ‹๐Ÿผโ€โ™€๏ธ๐Ÿ‹๏ธ๐Ÿ‹๐Ÿฝโ€โ™€๏ธ๐Ÿ‹๐Ÿฟโ€โ™€๏ธ๐Ÿ‹๐Ÿฝโ€โ™€๏ธ๐Ÿ‹๐Ÿผโ€โ™‚๏ธ๐Ÿ‹๐Ÿพโ€โ™€๏ธ๐Ÿ‹๐Ÿผโ€โ™€๏ธ๐Ÿ‹๐Ÿฟโ€โ™€๏ธ
This workout is made to improve your endurance and kettlebell swing basics.
โ–ถ๏ธAmong its benefits you'll find:

ใ€ฐ๏ธNB: If you have not mastered the two handed kettlebell swing do not try to perform this one..and if you've never exercised with ketterbell before, you may not know where to begin, so please ask to your PT if there are any activities, including this one, you should avoid. ( !)

If you want to get extra-sweaty before the peak time of holiday season ( more loads of calories are coming, you know it, right?! ๐Ÿ˜) why don't you try punchin' today?
A very freeing and complete exercise to enjoy- just a little advice, do not do it alone if you have never done that before- ask to a Pro in order to avoid shoulder injury, sprain and many more.
