Danger Garage Danger Garage è una struttura dove si pratica il Cross Training, Weightlifting, Ginnastica, Endurance, Kettlebell, Functional Training.

In Danger Garage ricerchiamo il più ampio concetto di salute, proponendo un fitness a 360°, per questo motivo ci affidiamo all’ allenamento funzionale e ad un innovativo sistema di allenamento fisico e mentale. Un insieme di discipline sportive tra cui la Ginnastica, il Sollevamento pesi e l’ Endurance. Proponiamo programmi di allenamento costantemente variati, imprevedibili e capaci di stimolare

al meglio le competenze psico fisiche di qualsiasi persona, dall’atleta preparato alla persona comune. Danger Garage cerca di condurre la persona a praticare un fitness totale attraverso workout brevi ma intensi che racchiudono al loro interno corsa, salto della corda, spostamenti di oggetti più o meno pesanti per brevi o lunghe distanze, utilizzare bilancieri, sbarre per trazioni, anelli, p***e mediche, gomme di camion, kettlebell ed esercizi a corpo libero.
