Join the Rugby Training Camp!
Get ready for the RDJ Rugby Training Camp, organized in collaboration with IRC, the PAF project, and Rugby Parabiago!

This camp is for male and female athletes born between 2007 and 2015.

Here’s a breakdown of the packs available:

Green Pack: Thursday, April 2 and Friday, April 3, 2026. Cost: 100 euro.

Blue Pack: Monday, April 6 and Tuesday, April 7, 2026. Cost: 100 euro.

Red Pack: Thursday, April 2, Friday, April 3, Monday, April 6, and Tuesday, April 7, 2026. Cost: 190 euro.

The day’s schedule includes registration at 9:30 AM, lunch from 12:30 PM to 2:00 PM, and activities closing at 4:00 PM. Athletes must be out by 4:30 PM.

Meet the Staff

You’ll be trained by an incredible team, including:

Wiehan Herbst: Ex-Springboks, ex-Sharks and Ulster. Forwards coach.

Monty Dumont: Ex-Sharks and ex-Montpellier and UXI Sport. Three-quarters coach.

Anton Momberg: Head of Rugby UXI in South Africa. General and attack skills.

Andrew Barlow: Current coach for the Finnish national team, and ex-coach for the defenses of Lithuania, Poland, and the Czech Republic.
