who are you without your memories? 🤍
i’ve been thinking about this a lot lately, because so much of who i am today comes from the memories i’ve collected along the way. my entire journey through motorsport started from something so simple: loving racing.
i never knew where that passion would take me.
from creating my first pieces of content, to watching strangers from all over the world connect with something i made, to stepping into paddocks i once only dreamed of seeing, every little moment slowly became part of my identity. motorsport gave me opportunities, friendships, challenges, failures, and some of the happiest moments of my life.
it also gave me moments i wish i could forget — times when i had to start over, question myself, and wonder if i was still on the right path. but even those memories shaped me. sometimes i wonder who i would be if you took all of them away — no races, no paddocks, no cameras, no followers, no achievements, no stories to tell.
and maybe the answer is that i would still be me. because memories can explain where we came from, but they don’t necessarily define who we are.
they are chapters, not the entire story.
and whatever comes next, i want to keep discovering who i am beyond the things that have happened to me.
