Lo scopo del Centro di WingTsun-Autodifesa Ostia è diffondere il Wing Tsun a Ostia e il XIII municipio e dare possibilità a tutti ad imparare a difendersi in caso di aggressione per la strada, nei locali, ecc, e riconoscere un potenziale aggressore. Utilizzando dei principi e non solo tecniche imparate a memoria, i nostri alievi imparano a difendersi in maniera efficace in breve tempo. Cerchiamo d

i diffondere un autodifesa inteligente per donne, uomini e bambini e non il solito corso di difesa personale. Utilizzando un sistema scientifico e logico come il WingTsun, la persona che lo pratica riesce a riconoscere un potenziale aggressore ed evitare uno scontro fisico. Il sistema che noi insegnamo e' adatto per tutti anche per le persone piu' deboli (donne e bambini) che oggi giorno diventano sempre di piu' soggetto di aggressione.
