Welcome to Pilates Muse! Our studio was founded by Cara Kavanagh to offer premier authentic pilates training in the Parioli quartieri of Rome. A former dancer, the actress was injured in serious car incidents that left her with debilitating chronic back pain for several years. Authentic pilates training brought her “back to health” and inspired her to offer the exact, US certified, authentic train

ing that helped her so much to her community in Rome. Peer centered private training develops a working relationship. Cara shares her knowledge, experience, and ten years teaching insight with each client, to inspire their own unique journey “back to health!”
