L’importanza fondamentale nel dare l’esempio:
che coach sarei senza allenarmi ?
che coach sarei senza mangiare sano?
che coach sarei senza rispettare regole per il mio benessere psicofisico?

Qualcuno diceva ama ció che fai e ti sembrerà di non lavorare mai… ed è così che mi sento : un privilegiato, che ha avuto la fortuna di sviluppare una passione così travolgente da vivere e da insegnare. Grato all’universo.
