Hey there, friends --

We have had some great success sharing our classes with you from the Active Living Room in Lorna Jane on Girard Ave. Thank you for always showing up with your barre A-game! Many of you have probably heard by now that Lorna Jane is closing their Girard location after opening a store in the neighboring UTC mall. Which means, after this week, we will no longer be hosting our pop up there.

But, just as the words "pop-up" imply, this was never meant to be our permanent home. We are working diligently to secure a new space to hold classes in the village. We will have more information by the end of the week.

In the meantime, we also have been putting our creative minds together to plan wellness centered retreats, events, and gatherings. We are conjuring up dreamy days filled with uber-challenging workouts, phenomenal views, plant-based gourmet meals, and the feeling you get when you're surrounded by your tribe. Stay tuned for more announcements regarding our spring events!

Power Stretch with will be offered tomorrow at 10 am, so don’t miss your only chance this week for that feel-good-all-day-head-to-toe-stretch! .
