Day 4 & Farewell 🇮🇹

We finished our Pre-Race Camp with an easy day exploring the historic streets of Rieti, enjoying fresh Mediterranean seafood, relaxing before race week, and celebrating together with a wine tasting at our local winery.

The perfect way to arrive at your race rested, adapted, and ready to perform.

Day 3 | Pre-Race Camp 🚴🇮🇹

A spectacular day on two wheels.

We kicked off with a 3-hour ride through the quiet, rolling roads of the Rieti Valley, surrounded by stunning hilltop villages dating back to the 1200s.

Lunch was a true farm-to-table experience by Lake Piediluco with Alessandro, followed by some well-earned recovery back at the villa's pool, sunshine☀️🏊‍♂️

We finished the day with another authentic farm-to-table dinner at one of our favourite local restaurants.

Training, recovery, and the best of Italian hospitality. 🇮🇹

Day 2 | Pre-Race Camp 🇮🇹🏃‍♂️🏊‍♂️

The perfect mix of training and Italian culture.

We started the day with a 10-mile run through the beautiful green trails of Villa D'Assio in Rieti, followed by a hands-on Italian ravioli cooking class with Riccardo the chef.

In the afternoon, it was time to train at our local rowing lake with a swim-run brick session: 3 rounds of swim, run, swim, run...
We finished another incredible day with unique pizza at our favourite spot, overlooking Lake Piediluco.

Day 1 | Pre-Race Camp 🇮🇹🚴‍♂️

Our 1st group has officially arrived!

Straight from Rome airport to a beautiful villa in Umbria, where we took care of everything, from bike build by our mechanic i to delivering each bike ready to their room.

We wrapped up the day with a welcome Prosecco at the charming village of Labro, followed by a traditional Italian dinner at a local osteria

Day 1 of 5: helping our athletes acclimatise to the European time zone before race week. 🇮🇹

Day 5, Swim & Adventure Italy

Starting the day with morning yoga 🧘‍♀️ before heading out for an unforgettable rafting adventure on the Velino River with 🚣‍♂️💦. After some time back at the villa for a refreshing swim with , we finished the day with a unique winery visit wine tasting at , great food, and dinner surrounded by the beauty of the Italian countryside 🍷🍇

Swim & Adventure Italy

Lake crossing day at Lake Piediluco 🌊 Everyone made it across thanks to followed by lakeside drinks and well-earned relaxation. Back at the villa for a restorative yoga session 🧘‍♀️ and swim with , then an evening exploring the charming hilltop village of Labro 🏰 before ending the day with a lovely dinner. 💛
