Protein Ice cream🧊

Very easy version of Protein Ice cream, done in 2 minutes.
Just put the ingredients in a potent blender and mix them up... Done!

High volume and less calorie dense version of ice-cream and it tastes great.

A tip:
If you want to lose weight and you like Peanutbutter, try out PB2. It is a natural Peanutbutter powder which taste great and has 90% less calories.

Ingredients:

250ml Egg White
1 1/2 Scoops Protein Pouder
Ice
Sweetener

Little Life Hacks for a Diet

The best advise i can give you:

"Make your current Nutrition more healthier & reduce the calories"

Get innovative and don't restrict yourself to a certain form of Diet Model.
In the end your overall Calorie intake counts, if you want to lose weight YOU NEED TO BE IN A DEFICIT.

If you eat "Clean" or not doesn't matter, you can lose weight by eating all day long at McDonalds as long as you're in a caloric deficit.

What does it mean for me to make my diet healthier?

- I drink min. 3 liters of water/ if i want to drink sweet stuff only zero calorie drinks (it won't kill you)
- I eat a lot of vegetables, up to 1kg a day
- minimum 2 pieces of fruit a day
- overall eating non calorie dense foods (potatoes, popcorn...)
- moderate to "low" fat intake
- moderate Protein intake

How do i create non/low calorie dense dishes?

- as a protein i choose pieces with less fat like: grounded beef/turkey, chickenbreast, low fat cheese ecc
- i use a dispenser for the oil (keep in mind, 1 tablespoon has around 150kcal), 1x spray 15kcal
- as carbohydrates i prefere potatoes, konjak noodles, low calorie wraps as my main source
- vegetables
- some sort of salsa made with low fat yoghurt or tomatoes and spices (there are so many options)

Thats practically it💁‍♂️

As an comparison:

Konjac Noodles--> 200g = 12kcal
Spaghetti - - > 200g = 300kcal

Grounded Beef (low fat) - - >100g = 115kcal
Grounded Beef (normal) - - >100g= 190kcal

I saved easily 350kcal with my low calorie dense version of a Spaghetti Bolognese + it tasted good.

As a conclusion:
- If you want to lose weight you need to be in a caloric deficit
- get innovative with your diet, you don't need "clean eating" to lose weight

Hidden Calories:

In the picture you will find a perfect example of a diet killer, if you are not checking the amount of calories.
Today i went shopping to get some instant noodles, first i took the yumyum noodles which have around 70-80kcal per portion which is quite good.
Then i checked the Noodles (Curry) and i couldn't belive it.
4 times more calories per serving, 320kcal is actually a whole filling breakfast for me, not a small portion of noodles.

Always check the calories when dieting otherwise you could be getting in a caloric surplus without even noticing.

I took a little break for about 1 1/2 month, i regained a bit of weight and lost some muscle.

Do i feel bad about it?
Hell no😂

I see Fitness as a life long journey, i don't need to have a Six-pack year around.
If i want to have a drink with my friends, i do it.
It is all about moderation and living the life.
Thats what i'm trying to bring through to you.

January....

We all know what this means, we made promises to ourselves, starting sport, losing weight, getting fit and so on..

The first couple of weeks we are motivated, doing a lot to lose some weight till we hit a plateu and we give up.

I don't want to throw some random motivational quotes around, the people who want to change will change.

I will try to give you some tips which can make your start easier:

Make a "contract" with yourself, write down what you want to achive in a week, small goals, like: 2x walking for an hour, only 1 piece of chocolate a day ecc.

1. Training🏋️
- Start slow, you don't need to workout 7x per week. You will most probably burn yourself out and after a couple of weeks you will throw the towel in

- incorporate resistance training into your program, if you are only doing cardio it is the way to become skinny fat

- do cardio (even walking) to train the most important muscle-->your heart

2. Diet🍎
- start reducing sweets, don't need to cut out completely
- eat less calorie dense foods which will fill you up
- EAT MORE VEGETABLES!!!!!! Pleaseeee
- switch sugary drinks out with zero calorie drinks

Focus on sustainable health habits, such as eating nutritious foods. Ample protein, leafy greens, and foods chock-full of vitamins and minerals are not just tastier than anything a “detox diet” has to offer, they’re also way better for you (and your liver detoxification pathways, ironically). A detox diet might make you feel better, but that’s usually because of the increased whole-food intake, not because any form of detoxification is taking place
