Have you ever been in an open air art museum? 🔮🌳🎨

During the retreat we will visit the magical Giardino dei Tarocchi (Tarots Garden). The garden, created by artist Niki de Saint Phalle in the late Seventies and nestled among olive trees, was inspired by Gaudi’ Park Guell in Barcelona and features sculptures and mosaics representing the 22 major arcana of the tarots.

Terme di Saturnia natural hot springs are one of the most amazing wonders of the tuscan countryside🧖‍♀️💦

An Etruscan legend says these springs were formed by lightning bolts thrown by Jupiter. During a quarrel the bolts thrown towards Saturn missed him and caused the formations⚡️

🕉️ 🧘🏻‍♀️🌿 We love to start the day with a yoga practice in the garden, as we believe this is the best way to awaken body and mind, and connect to ourselves and nature.

Our teachers will guide you through a blend of different styles of yoga - hatha, vinyasa, yin and restorative - according to the program of the day.

We will work on breathwork, improve flexibility, strength and balance and cultivate inner peace.

Our classes are suitable for all levels, from beginners to advanced practitioners, and aim to create a welcoming and inclusive environment.
