Before confidence comes uncertainty.

Before improvement comes the courage to try.

In Friuli Venezia Giulia, the activities were not only about skating. They were about taking part, challenging yourself, accepting mistakes and discovering that every step forward begins with the decision to get involved.

Sport teaches an important lesson that goes far beyond the rink: in sport, as in life, not every challenge is won, but every challenge faced helps us grow.

And the most important thing is to keep moving forward with commitment, respect and your head held high.

Small moments often tell the story of a project better than formal presentations.

In Friuli, another activity brought together young skaters, educators and families through participation, movement and shared experiences.
These images capture more than an event: they show community, enthusiasm, teamwork and the positive energy that sport can generate when young people grow together in healthy environments.
Step by step, activity after activity, the project continues promoting healthy lifestyles, well-being and positive values through sport.

The “Get the Health Power” project reached the Liceo Scientifico “Francesco Severi” in Salerno for a new awareness event focused on doping prevention, addictions, mental well-being and healthy lifestyles through sport.
Around 150 students, most of them from the school’s sports programme, took part in the session led by Rosetta Pleimes, anti-doping consultant of the project, working alongside ASD Dojo Karate Pyros and Skate Italia in promoting awareness about the risks linked to doping substances.
Through real examples, open discussion and practical explanations, students explored topics such as anti-doping controls, prohibited substances, addictions and the connection between mental health and sport.
“Get the Health Power”, co-funded by the European Union, continues to bring education, prevention and healthy sport culture directly into schools, encouraging young people to become active ambassadors of fair play and well-being.

After the multisport activities carried out within local communities, Get the Health Power continues its journey of promoting healthy lifestyles also through educational settings and schools.

The next event will take place at the “Francesco Severi” High School in Salerno, where students will take part in a discussion focused on healthy sport culture, doping prevention and greater awareness regarding health, well-being and sport-related choices.

The initiative represents another opportunity to engage young people with the educational values of sport through accessible language, dialogue, testimonies and awareness-raising tools.

We are pleased to see the project continuing to find space within schools and local communities, helping to promote a vision of sport based on health, respect and personal growth.

On 10 May 2026, Piazza Giancamillo Gloriosi, in the Torrione district of Salerno, became an open space for sport, participation and community during a local multisport event attended by activities.
Children and young people had the opportunity to try different sports free of charge, experiencing activities such as roller skating, skateboarding, fencing and basketball in an educational, inclusive and safe environment, supported by coaches and sport operators.
The initiative also actively involved families, who received information materials and awareness activities focused on healthy lifestyles, balanced nutrition, psychological well-being and the prevention of substance abuse.
The event once again highlighted the value of sport as a social tool capable of creating connections, promoting health and giving urban spaces an educational and community-oriented role.
Through simple, accessible and participatory activities, continues to bring a concrete message into local communities: prevention and well-being can also begin with an afternoon spent together, playing, learning and sharing positive experiences.

Building clean sport where excellence lives.

On March 30th, Get the Health Power reached one of the most iconic institutions in Italian and international sport: the Gruppo Sportivo Fiamme Gialle, in Rome.

A place where excellence is not an abstract concept, but a daily commitment.
A place where Olympic champions, world-class athletes and emerging talents train side by side, sharing not only performance goals, but values.

This made our anti-doping education activity even more meaningful.

In the room, past and present met in a powerful exchange:
from champions like Stefano Maniscalco and Ylenia Scapin, to top-level athletes such as Alice Bellandi and Susy Scutto, alongside young talents and high-level coaches shaping the future of international sport.

But what made this moment truly special was not only who was there.
It was how they were there.

Listening. Reflecting. Engaging. Questioning.

Because clean sport is not just about rules.
It is about awareness, responsibility and the courage to make the right choices, even when no one is watching.

Bringing this message into a high-performance environment like the Fiamme Gialle means reinforcing something essential:
👉 excellence and integrity must grow together.

And on that day, they did.
