The first Aerobic Gymnastics Technical Committee meeting of the year was successfully held in Kaunas, bringing together great energy, open dialogue and a shared passion for our sport 🤸‍♀️✨

Meaningful discussions and a very positive atmosphere marked the start of the year as we continue working together for the development of aerobic gymnastics 💬🤝

A heartfelt thank you to our host country, Lithuania, and especially to Laura , Robert and Viktorija for their wonderful hospitality, warm welcome and excellent organization 🙏🌟 We truly felt at home in Kaunas.

Dear Aerobic Community,

The European Gymnastics Technical Committee for Aerobic Gymnastics (TC-AER), in collaboration with the Italian Gymnastic Federation (LOC), present the AER Training Camp and Coaches Course 2024 in Pomigliano D’Arco 🇮🇹🤸🏼‍♀️

The philosophy of the camp is to provide access and enjoyment for those who would like to improve their performance under supervising coaching experts provided by the TC-AER. The experts will organize the training for young participating gymnasts and their coaches. They will also allow the exchange of experience and plan lectures for the coaches. The participants will learn, among other things, how to plan the trainings and the progressive construction of routines.

First meeting of the year 🤸🏼‍♀️

The Aerobic Gymnastics TC had their first meeting of the year in the beautiful city of Budapest - Hungary to organize the new season for Aerobics.
