Fine giugno? Sapete dove trovarci...

Anche quest'anno pronti a vivere la big week della Cortina in formazione completa.

Ci trovate giovedì mattina alla run organizzata dai nostri partner e , al talk di di giovedì pomeriggio alla Cooperativa e da venerdì mattina sul percorso delle varie gare a tifare e supportare i nostri atleti. E se riusciamo anche sui sentieri a correre.

Quindi venite a salutare e fare quattro chiacchere se ci vedete in giro!

Ritorna DU on TOUR. Apriamo la stagione con una serata a Milano, dove saremo ospiti di .spazio . Questa volta vogliamo andare a toccare tutte le fasi di preparazione ad un ultratrail. Dall'allenamento nelle sue variabili (intensità, volume e densità) all'approccio alla gara fino all'analisi post gara e come questa ci permette di capire dove intervenire e ricominciare il ciclo.

Serata aperta a tutti... quindi ditelo pure ad amici, conoscenti, compagni di corsa, colleghi e altro.

Our newsletter TRUE COMMITMENT has always been a place where we coaches were able to reflect, expose what we thought, argue our points and, if necessary, review and adjust them as needed. It was and still is a container with blurred boundaries, because you can find a scientific article hand in hand with our philosophical digressions. It never had a fixed cadence, and knowing us, it never will. Because every now and then our athletes demand our full attention, and it is up to us to deliver it.

After few years, we finally decided to launch it in English too. Presumptuous? Perhaps. Tiring? Definitely. But we still want to share our thoughts. And hear your responses. Learn something new.
