We're two days into our retreat in Sicily. A retreat dedicated to connection. Living a mindful joy filled spiritual life is about connection for me. And yoga is my pathway to connection, in Sanskrit this is called Sambhanda.

Connection is about the relationships we cultivate.

The relationship with our soul, with our breath, with the present moment, with nature and the natural world, with our family and friends, with the magic of everyday and with the divine.

Day 1 of this retreat we focused on connecting with peacefulness and healing our relationship with rest.

Today is connecting with the power of our breath. I truly believe the how we breathe can effect the trajectory of our life.

I would love to share with you some of the journalling prompts from the retreat so far if you would like to explore connection with us:

3) How is your relationship with rest and what can you learn from it?
