All padel courts on the market today share the same structural concept.
Details change, but the foundation remains identical.
And that is exactly where our project starts.
For more than 35 years, padel courts with glass have been designed as pillar-based structures, later evolving into panoramic versions only through localized reinforcements around the glass.
This approach became the industry standard not because it was better — but because it was cheaper.
As a result, most padel courts on the market today are essentially copy-paste products, with no real structural innovation.
At some point, we asked ourselves a strategic question:
does it make sense to keep selling the same concept in a growing and increasingly competitive market?
Our answer was to start from scratch.
By analyzing real on-court issues and decades of experience from Spanish manufacturers, we developed a completely new solution:
a CONTINUOUS STRUCTURAL RING that connects glass and mesh into a SINGLE STRUCTURAL BODY.
For the first time, a padel court becomes a fully connected structure, not a set of independent elements.
This approach allows:
• fewer structural components and pillars
• rigidity where it truly matters (above and below the glass)
• controlled elastic response on walls
• elimination of structural oscillations, the main cause of glass breakage
The result is a super-panoramic padel court, elegant, transparent, and structurally superior.
From a business perspective, the impact is clear:
• service life increases from ~10 years to 50–75 years
• structures designed for permanent installation
• zero broken glass worldwide to date
This is not just a product innovation.
It is a market differentiation opportunity.
In a sector where competition is often based on price alone, we offer distributors the possibility to compete on quality, durability, and long-term value.
If you are looking for a product that truly stands out and protects your customers’ investment, this is a new direction worth exploring.
