from 2020 we offer services in Y-40, Tremiti Islands and Pescara Only One Apnea Center borns in Sharm El Sheikh in 2007, specialized in teaching and promoting freediving at any level, from beginners to athletes. Courses, lessons, training sessions, workshops, recreational freediving, individual classes customized on student's abilities, needs and goals. from 2020 our Association promotes and devel
ops freediving activities in Sharm el Sheikh (Egypt), Tremiti Islands (Italy), Y-40, the deepest pool located in Montegrotto (Italy) and Pescara (Italy).
- Sharm el Sheikh: we organize our activities in collaboration with Reef Oasis Dive Club in the location of Reef Oasis Blue Bay Hotel; featuring 3 training zones located in the bay, sheltered from winds and currents: for beginners (max depth 20m), for experienced freedivers (max depth 40m), for athletes (floating platform with counter-ballast safety system, max depth 150m).
- Tremiti islands: we organize our activities from June to September in the stunning scenario of San Domino island, placed in the hearth of Adriatic Sea, in the National Marine Protected Area. Recreational and competitive activities, up to 75 meters.
- Y-40 Montegrotto: from January to March we organize activities in one of the deeper pool in the world, 40 meters of thermal water to keep practicing freediving during winter time.
- Pescara: from September to May we organize indoor courses, trainings and workshop inside regular swimming pools.
