ITA: Alla fine degli anni quaranta, Renato Covini, padre di Flavio, attuale General Manager, produceva bastoni da sci, attacchi, pattini a rotelle e racchette da tennis. Nel tempo, la costante evoluzione tecnica e la nascita di nuove discipline sportive, ha de- terminato la specializzazione dell’azienda nella produzione di bastoni per tutte le specialità, sia estive che invernali. Inoltre, nel pieno rispetto dell’ambiente, sono state privilegiate le tecnologie non nocive, mentre gli scarti di produzione vengono riciclati in altre lavorazioni industriali.Oltre ad utilizzare tecnologie a basso impatto ambientale, l’azienda è membro di EOCA (European Outdoor Conservation Association), una associazione tra aziende europee, che finanzia progetti e opere orientate alla conservazione dell’ambiente e al rispetto del patrimonio naturale. As years passed by, the increasing technical development and the rise and growth of the new sports disciplines turned out the company into one of the leading pole manufactures, both of summer and winter sports. Thanks to the use of low-impact technologies and the recycling of productions scraps, the Opera plant, just outside Milan, is environment-friendly. In addition to favour low-impact technologies, company agrees to EOCA (European Outdoor Conservation Association), an association between European companies, financing projects oriented to environmental conservation, and natural heritage respect.
