Tutto ciò di cui hai bisogno è un asciugamano, la voglia di stare in compagnia e di rilassarti.

Lascia fluire le tue energie, ascolta il tuo respiro mentre guida il tuo corpo in una danza armoniosa.

Siamo lieti di ospitare una pratica yoga in spiaggia, al tramonto, ogni venerdì sera.

All you need is a towel, the desire to be in company and to relax:

Let your energies flow, listen to your breath that guides your body in a harmonious dance.

We are happy to host a yoga practice on the beach, at sunset, every Friday evening.
