All you need is a towel, the desire to be in company and to relax:

Let your energies flow, listen to your breath that guides your body in a harmonious dance.

We are happy to host a yoga practice on the beach, at sunset, every Friday evening.

Hydro foil, kite foil, foil, airplane boarding, ... whatever you want to call it, it takes more and more!

It is easy to learn, fun, relaxing and an alternative way to explore your surroundings.

What you need to learn:
