At food is never an afterthought.
Our farm to table approach is rooted in something simple: if people are coming here to retreat, they deserve nourishing, high quality food.
We’re fortunate to live in Sicily, where incredible produce grows naturally throughout the seasons. Many of the herbs, fruits and vegetables come directly from our own organic garden, while other ingredients are sourced locally whenever possible.
For us, what is served on the table is part of the retreat experience. The quality of the ingredients, the balance of the meals, and the rhythm of eating throughout the day all contribute to how people feel during their stay.
We happily cater for vegan and vegetarian groups, as well as special dietary requirements.
And while every retreat is different, we often encourage guests to reduce or avoid alcohol and caffeine where possible, creating space to feel more present, rested and connected to the work they have come here to do.
Good food nourishes the body.
