The second aspect is the meal plan;
Nutrition must be healthy and balanced,especially in this difficult period where training is certainly less intense and therefore we tend to burn fewer excess calories
Carbs, proteins and fats can be divided in percentages:
📍CARBS 50%
📍PROTEINS 20%
📍FATS 30%
📌CARBS are essentials for building energy reserves needed throughout the day.
📌PROTEINS helps muscles to grow and stay healthy.
📌FATS are a second energy substrate,They are also very useful for brain and heart health.

📌BALANCED DIET
