RACE AGAINST CANCER, 2 DAYS TO GO!!!

The team at RSR League Racing are absolutely thrilled to have now raised over £1747 in aid of MacMillan Cancer Support!! With just 2 days to go we would appreciate any donations to help us reach our target of £2000. Donations can be made by visiting our MacMillan fundraising page https://gameheroes.macmillan.org.uk/fundraising/rsrws-12-hours-of-daytona-classic-for-macmillan all donations are made directly to MacMillan to ensure they get the full benefit of every penny raised for this worthwhile cause.

The race takes place on Saturday 19th December 2020 from 2PM GMT for 12 Hours, we will have a full 12 hour live broadcast with commentary where some of the world’s best sim & real drivers will go head to head in teams to take the win. It’s been amazing to read all of the kind words from many of our participants and contributors, we’ve read many of your stories of how cancer has affected you and your families and how MacMillan has been there to help many of you. We are so glad this means as much to all of you as it does to us and we hope you have a great weekend’s racing and enjoy the event as much as we’ve enjoyed organizing it.

If we reach our goal of £2000 we could pay for a Macmillan social care worker or family support worker for 16 days helping patients, family members, and carers manage the social and practical problems of living with cancer. With your help we can completely smash our target and provide this critical support to numerous patients and families this Christmas, so give generously and lets help make a difficult time a little easier for many families this Christmas and New Year!

For anyone that may have missed it, the team at RSR are hosting a 12 Hours of Daytona charity race on the 19th December, we currently have very limited space left, currently we have raised over £800 which is incredible!!! The team at RSR are thrilled with all the generosity so far, with what's been contributed up to this point Macmillan can pay a Macmillan Nurse for 2 days to provide practical and emotional support for patients, a social care worker for a week to help patients, family members and carers manage the social and practical problems of living with cancer. If we reach our target of £1500 we can help provide this much needed support to numerous families over the holiday period. To all the contributors keep up the good work and lets help make a very difficult situation a little easier this Christmas, Thank you!
