Our Agriturismo with rooms / apartments, swimming pool and restaurant, is the result of a restoration project to preserve the qualities and characteristics of the traditional Tuscan way of life and architectural style. Das Landgut San Vito, 18 km von Florenz entfernt, auf den Hügeln des florentinischen Chianti gelegen, vereint schon seit immer wirtschaftliche Erzeugnisse höchster Qualität mit einem ausgeprägten Umweltbewusstsein und dem Schutz der Gesundheit. Die agritouristische Aufnahme hat mit den Renovierungsarbeiten der Zimmer und Apartments, dem Swimmingpool und des Restaurants die Lebenseigenschaften und den klassischen florentinischen Stil lebendig erhalten.

Una nuova vigna prende forma: Sangiovese, allevamento a Guyot, piantato nel marzo 2026.
Siamo nella fase iniziale di insediamento delle giovani viti. Nei prossimi anni, il lavoro sarà orientato alla formazione della struttura della pianta e alla definizione del capo a frutto, secondo il sistema Guyot, che prevede un tralcio produttivo orizzontale e uno sperone per il rinnovo.
Per ora osserviamo i primi segnali di crescita: l’obiettivo è accompagnare lo sviluppo delle piante in modo equilibrato, costruendo le basi per una futura produzione di qualità.

A new Sangiovese vineyard is taking shape. The young vines were planted in March 2026 and will be trained using the Guyot system.
We are in the initial establishment phase of the young vines. Over the next few years, our work will focus on developing the structure of each vine and establishing the fruiting cane, following the Guyot system, which involves one horizontal fruiting cane and one renewal spur.
For now, we are observing the first signs of growth. The goal is to guide the vines' development in a balanced way, laying the foundations for future high-quality production.

Filari, cielo terso e i colori dell’autunno: la vigna si prepara lentamente al riposo, regalando uno dei suoi scorci più belli. E oggi c'è uno speciale supervisore: Bruno. Dirige, gioca, esplora... e insegna a guardare il mondo da un’altra altezza, con curiosità, meraviglia e rispetto.

Rows of vines, a clear sky, and the colors of fall: the vineyard is slowly preparing for its winter rest, offering one of its most beautiful views. And today, there's a special supervisor: Bruno. He directs, plays, explores... and teaches us to see the world from a different height, with curiosity, wonder, and respect.

A volte le giornate regalano incontri che non erano in programma. Questa volta è stato il turno di una piccola civetta. Piccola, spaventata e bisognosa di un po’ di calore, è stata accolta con delicatezza e, per proteggerla e tranquillizzarla, avvolta in un morbido asciugamano.

Sometimes, life brings unexpected encounters. This time, it was a little owl. Small, frightened, and in need of some warmth, it was gently taken in and wrapped in a soft towel to protect and comfort it.

Il nostro Chianti di San Vito e il Darno sono arrivati fino a Osafjorden, in Norvegia, dove due calici incontrano un lago incastonato tra le montagne e la luce calda del tramonto. Dalle colline di Montelupo Fiorentino alle terre del Nord: portare la Toscana lontano significa condividere la nostra idea di vino, fatta di territorio, passione e convivialità.

When the grapes are ready, there’s no time to wait: you have to harvest them quickly, before the heat dries it all out. Hands, crates, and tractors are all at work. Harvest time is now.
