Wobble SLIDING BEYOND DIFFERENCES Wobble was designed by five designers from three different countries.

Marta Fontana from Varese / Italy and Marco Fogaccia from Bergamo / Italy who both have an interior design background. Iulia Miu from Brasov / Romania, Jessica Rochulus from Cologne / Germany and Giuditta Sartori from Fidenza / Italy who have a background in product- and industrial design. It began as an investigation of reverse integration in sports and how children might be able to workout and p

lay together irrelevant if they are disabled or non disabled. The designers got in touch with sport-, equipment stores and associations to understand the recent market situation. Fontana, Fogaccia, Miu, Rochulus & Sartori discovered a big potential and lack in this field of product design. One of the biggest problems they say is, that basically disabled are excluded from several sports and games. Especially if they have siblings and friends who are non disabled. They explain that there is no tool or sport equipment yet which gives disabled and non-disabled the opportunity to do sports together. This is why they designed wobble which mainly focuses on integration but also balance and movement.
