Now the suit is finished—precise, personal, unmistakably one of a kind.

Every Detail Matters
Take a closer look at the back of the suit and you’ll notice something different from other TAILORTECH suits.
Is it the metallic blue color? No!
Is it the printed artwork on the stretch? No, although that’s certainly an unusual place for artwork.
It’s the hump! The AF37 hump has been custom-made for the rider, with the top section 2cm higher than standard. This design was perfected in the wind tunnel, and the foam that shapes the hump is 3D printed at the HQ labs in Oss.
Another unique feature of this hump is the vented leather. This design came from previous seasons when AF37 had the Shoulder Cam mounted, which required additional airflow for the battery and camera system.

// Less is More
One of the most compelling features of ’s TAILORTECH GP suit is the sleeve design. Traditional sleeves are made from two pieces of leather covering the rider from wrist to shoulder.
Typically, the stitching line runs along the back of the sleeve, starting at the wrist, passing through the elbow, and ending at the armhole. In contrast, the GP TAILORTECH suit uses just one piece of leather, reducing the stitching to a small section hidden beneath the elbow.
Why is this so important? This 92% reduction in stitching lines not only makes the sleeve exceptionally comfortable but also significantly reduces a potential weak point in the suit.

Beyond the Quantum gradient, BO! RACING’s mascots, numbers, and partner marks were redrawn as stitch-aware vectors and mapped 1:1 onto the suit’s leather sections. Direct UV print on leather keeps edges crisp and color dense; placement follows seam paths and curvature so every logo stays readable at speed, with minimal breaks or distortion across joins.
