Complete Opposite Day! Yesterday was crazy windy, today delay for light winds... Very challenging light/shifty conditions today. The team started off super strong in a race that was later abandoned, disappointing because the wind was certainly up enough to finish, but we can't dwell on that. In the end we accomplished the greater goal of keeping boats between us and the competition. Really looking forward to tomorrow to apply the lessons learned from today! The team is in a great space and very confident. Wish I could add more but zapped after a long day. Thank you to all of our support and well wishes. We love you all and are going to kick some ass tomorrow!

Whoa! Crazy day on the water in Medemblik at the Delta Lloyd Regatta. As the Aussies would say blowing the dog off the chain! I'm sure ther awesome pictures of the action on the regatta website. The team did great in the super hardcore conditions. We netted a good day for qualifying and thankfully didn't have any major damage. Thanks to Bridge to Fitness for training the ladies to survive these conditions.... And we miss you Newport Physical Therapy. .

Today is day one of the five day Paralympic qualifying regatta in Medemblik, Netherlands at the Delta Lloyd Regatta. The team is ready and rested. Thanks again everyone that has supported us on this journey, we plan on kicking some ass today on your behalf.

Sunbrella does it again, perfect timing as we miss our teammate back home. As we get ready for the week ahead, it is a good time to tell all of the amazing community we are fortunate to be a part of.

AAhh, sorry for not posting.... early mornings and long days. The prhrase "It's never like this here" has been spoken many times. We are doing great and are stoked with the progress of the team. We are confident we will reach our goals at the next event. We have made some major changes with excellent success. One more day of racing/testing and then a couple days of well deserved R&R. We travel to the Netherlands on Sunday and meet our boat in Medemblik on Tuesday. Can't wait to put it all together at the perfect time. Cheers to all of you out there rooting for us. , US Sailing Team Sperry, Jamestown Distributors, MTI Adventurewear, , bridge2fithenss and the countless friends and family!! We love you all and keep sending us all of your good wishes, it truly charges us up!!!

After a REALLY long onshore delay for light (no) wind, we got some racing in today. We decided to dial in our new sails. We had some growing pains with them in the first race but we think we are pretty close to where we want them. Our speed on the course is good and out team is in great spirits. Really looking forward to some standard Garda racing in the next couple of days.

Here we go! The first of our European tour begins. First a warm up regatta in Italy and then the final selection regatta in the Netherlands. We put together a few days of great traininghere in Malcesine, Lake Garda with the Canadian Team (Thank you John, Jackie and Steve!) and Australian Team (Thank you Dan, Liesl & Jeff!). Last night we had our good luck team dinner with our fabulous friend Luca Modena at his equally amazing restaurant Da Umberto. We are charged up with all of the support of our friends and family back home and our adopted family here ( great to see Giulia again ).

We are stoked to go out there put it all together, we will post results and news as soon as we can. Thank you to all those back home rooting for us! , US Sailing Team Sperry, Sunbrella, BridgetoFitness, Jamestown Distributors,MTI Adventurewear,Newport Physical Therapy and countless people who have contributed to our amazing campaign. We hope to make you all proud.
