Have you ever listened to Simon Sinek's Ted Talks on 'Start with Why'. I have listened to this so many times and I still find it totally inspiring.

WHAT IS YOUR WHY? Whatever I do, I always ask myself: Do I know why I do what I do?

Why do I get up ‪at 5.50am to work on my businesses, on creating new projects, on feeding my animals?

Is it for the money? No money in the world can replace the joy and happiness I feel when our 14 animals are in tune and happy. Nothing is more rewarding than having created a new project or program that is successful, where my clients and students feel like they are growing, educating themselves, learning and making giant steps towards their goals.

I am proud to say that my biggest WHY is my passion and thirst for knowledge to transmit to others when I can inspire, motivate and empower them to better their lives.

My passion is to teach professionals how to be the very best version of themselves in all aspects of their professional career and on a personal level.

I am grateful to have chosen a career that I love and I feel lucky to have worked with so many inspirational people over the past few years.

It’s how we treat ourselves and each other.

When you have kindness in you, you will be able to make more changes and impact the world than you would with superficial beauty.

Be cool and be kind to yourself and others. Give and receive with open arms and embrace your world with a smile.

Motivation and keeping a positive mindset are a huge part of keeping going when times are challenging, but how do you gain motivation if you are not internally motivated?

Here’s how to motivate yourself with different techniques

• Focus on the here and now

• Think of all the things you can be grateful for

• Take on a new project, task, challenge

• Celebrate even your smallest wins

• Step out of your comfort zone continuously

• Stop the poor me & be accountable for your actions
