Body recomposition - ohne Diät?

Frederic wiegt auf beiden Bildern gleichviel.
Dazwischen liegen aber 8 Wochen einer Ernährungsumstellung. Dazu sollte gesagt sein - er hat keine Diät gemacht.

Frederic ist Polizist (Darum auch für unkenntlichmachung) und für ihn ist Leistungsfähigkeit essentiell im Dienst.

Er muss einen belastbaren Körper haben der schnell, ausdauernd und kräftig ist. Die eierlegende Wollmilchsau also.
Oder aber - genau das richtige für unsere Hybrid Athlete Strategy.

Auf seine knapp 2m will er noch einiges an Muskelmasse packen. Denn mit 102kg geht da noch einiges auf die Größe.
Das ist auch das Gewicht auf beiden Bildern.

Mein persönliches Ziel mit ihm ist ja ein nordischer Hühne.

Worum es aber gehen soll ist folgendes: Er hat keine Diät gemacht und sieht komplett anders aus. Aber wie geht das?

Zu Beginn unseres Coachingprozesses schau ich mir an wie sich mein Kunde ernährt und ändere dann eigentlich nur etwas wenn es wirklich notwendig ist. In diesem Falle habe ich nur etwas an der Makronährstoffverteilung gedreht, für mehr Protein gesorgt und weniger Fett und ihm die zusätzliche Hausaufgabe eines festen Gemüseintakes gegeben.

Darüber bürgere ich ganz einfach ein das er, bei komplett freier Wahl seiner Mahlzeiten, eine bessere Wahl trifft.

Und so passierte über einen Zeitraum von nur 8 Wochen eine komplette Veränderung seiner Körperkomposition.

Das richtige Werkzeug für den richtigen Mann macht einen Riesen Unterschied.

Before & After.
I guess you might have noticed quite a difference in bodyfat and musclemass. Which is not the only thing that changed here but more important may be is journey. Between both pictures there’s a ~10Kg difference but a complete year of progress. Patrick had a year full of ups and downs like pretty much everyone. Times full of stress and personal hard times. So that the most important was here to implement complete different eating patterns to keep this great shape he’s in now.

And that’s not as easy as it sounds when you like to eat out with friends like he does and still have your goals.
But Patrick definitely learned to handle one of the most important things that I like people to learn about nutrition when I coach them: learn when to restrict and when not. And - how to restrict in an efficient way.

So now he’s in a position where he performs at his highest ever while looking amazing. And having a normal social life. Which is exactly the state I like to achieve with my clients over time.

Know thyself and be able to deal with it.
Now it’s time to put some more musclemass on this frame as I already told him: I love the calves but… those quads… we have to do something about it.

So first quarter of 2022 is in. Patrick looks amazing, performs great and we’re looking into the next quarter full of gains.
Let’s do this!

Mit 94,2Kg begonnen.
Heute morgen 78,8kg gewogen so das wir schön Carbs laden konnten für Frank Delventhal und er für die INTELLIGENT STRENGTH Dipl. Strength Coach mit 80Kg einwog.

So hat Frank über 11 Wochen 15,4Kg abgenommen.

Ich muss sagen ich bin ziemlich zufrieden. Der Kerl hat komplett executed.

How trainingstructure & technique builds proper results.

As you know:
The most important to build is a proper base.
Once our clients have that overall well performance we go into more specialized training.

Max is slowly at the point where we can go into more specialization now.
We learned and cultivated the Muscle-up during the last 6 months.
Learned a proper handstand.
Worked up to 42,5kg Dips for 5.
Increased the Chin-ups up to 32,5 for 4.
Upped the deadlifts to 130Kg.
Finally unlocked the 100Kg Backsquat (also for reps of 5)
And increased the OHP up to 50Kg for reps as well.

Overall a pretty solid overall strength athletic performance.
From here we can go now for more specific training like the Handstand Push-up.

A structured strategy paired with techniqual adjustments is the foundation for results.
Max is a very good example for how this Hybrid Athlete Strategy approach builds results.

Moving weights and controlling the body is our main goal with him as we view this as the perfect combination as a strength athlete. To be able to specialize into any sport but also having a very healthy strength foundation to be prepared for anything from moving house to the zombie apocalypse and of course - looking great while killing those zombies.

He felt unsafe and insecure in his squats.
We all know this when you have the feeling this barbell is going to break you and you just don’t feel stable and secure with it.
When the barbell is just dominating you instead of you dominating the barbell.

Something we had to change for Veit and we did change.

Swipe to see how it began. Now watch again how it looks just 5 weeks later.
Not every progress is just by weights. Here is a difference of 2,5Kg within 5 weeks. But a whole different confidence in a movement.
And - such a difference in the quality of the movement.

By learning the technique we build the confidence. Then we add the weight.

Ein 10Kg Lifetime PR im Muscle-up für Philipp während seiner Vorbereitung für seinen ersten Wettkampf.

Nachdem wir seine Schulter nach einem Skiunfall auskuriert haben geht es jetzt wieder voran mit dem Oberkörpertraining und wir beginnen gerade alte Kraftwerte nicht nur zu erreichen sondern auch zu übertreffen.

Wichtig ist ein sicherer Wiedereinstieg mit progressiver Belastungssteigerungen so das der Körper an die steigende Belastung adaptieren kann.
