Through conscious breathing and shared practice, we gradually settle into the present moment, opening ourselves to a deeper connection with the world around us.

As the sea, the wind, the scent of the Mediterranean air and the light of Elba merge with every breath, nature becomes woven into the practice, becoming an integral part of the experience.

Over time, this place has become part of who I am. Here, the boundary between the inner and the outer world begins to dissolve, until all that remains is a profound sense of belonging.

E il respiro, la gestione della mente e dello stress, a unire tutto questo.

Un lancio alla volta, nella continua ricerca dell'eccellenza.

Quando un campione come Leonardo Fabbri sceglie di integrare il lavoro sul respiro, sulla gestione della mente e dello stress nel proprio allenamento e di raccontarlo pubblicamente, significa che anche questi elementi fanno parte della ricerca quotidiana della massima prestazione.

Il respiro non sostituisce il talento.

La meditazione non sostituisce la tecnica.

Né possono sostituire anni di allenamento.
