Jan Hudec ( ) e Michael Pfeffer () insieme a Nina Gigele (), ci hanno scelti per un progetto web dedicato alle innovazioni nel mondo dello sci: The Skiing Network. ❄️🏔️

Piacevolmente sorpresi e molto soddisfatti del nostro BTF Ski System, realizzeranno un coinvolgente video blog interamente dedicato al nostro sistema.💪🏻

A truly special day of testing with a team of professionals in Val Gardena! ⛷️

È il momento ideale per rimettersi in forma e arrivare sulle piste con gambe forti, core stabile e ginocchia protette! ⛷️💪
Davide della ASD ci presenta 3 esercizi semplici, da fare anche a casa, per preparare il corpo alle discese… e al divertimento! ❄️

🔥 Wall Sit
Isometria potentissima per rafforzare quadricipiti e migliorare la resistenza delle gambe.

🔥 Side Plank
Perfetto per il core: stabilità, equilibrio e controllo nelle curve.

🔥 Lunge Walking Rotation
Rafforza core e obliqui, attiva glutei, femorali e muscoli stabilizzatori del ginocchio. Ottimo per prevenire infortuni e migliorare la mobilità.

Con pochi minuti al giorno puoi arrivare sulle piste più forte e sicuro! ⏱️✨

Abbiamo avuto il piacere di incontrare , ex atleta nazionale e allenatore della nazionale di Sci Alpino 🇮🇹⛷️
