I had the pleasure of leading an EMS fitness week at the wonderful family hotel in Austria, and I truly enjoyed bringing this into the hotel setting 🥰!

Throughout the week, families had the chance to stay active in a relaxed and natural way during their holiday. EMS sessions, mobility and stretching were part of the daily routine, along with a balanced approach to nutrition that fit easily into the day 🪷

A really beautiful week with great people and many special moments.

The EMS Fitness Week at the Hotel has started, and I’m very happy to introduce guests here to EMS training 💪🏼

EMS training specifically targets the deep muscles, strengthening the core and back – an essential foundation for better stability, improved posture, and a stronger overall body feeling. At the same time, it helps to visibly tone and shape the body.

In a family hotel, the topic of the pelvic floor is especially relevant. For many mothers, it is particularly important to focus on strengthening the pelvic floor after pregnancy. EMS offers an effective way to consciously activate and sustainably strengthen this muscle group 🙂

And of course, the dads are not left out: EMS is ideal for building strength efficiently, correcting muscular imbalances, and relieving the back – perfect for anyone who has limited time but wants a focused and highly effective workout.

It’s great to see how quickly the first results can be felt – more strength, more energy, and a stronger connection to the body 🙏🏻💙

The Year of the Horse begins with powerful energy — and I’m grateful to welcome it here in Dubai 🇦🇪.

Right now I’m hosting a private VIP in-House retreat where movement, mindset, and longevity come together. My clients train with me through personal training sessions that combine mobility, stretching, cardio, and of course EMS training — always tailored, always intentional.

But transformation goes beyond workouts. I prepare healthy meals, guide smart choices when dining out, and support every step with mental coaching to create sustainable strength from the inside out.

I feel deeply thankful to live a profession that is far more than a job — it’s a true vocation ❤️!

Layovers don’t have to feel like lost time ✈️

Long-haul travel becomes much easier when you use the waiting time between flights to prepare your body — instead of arriving at the gate already stiff and drained. A layover is the perfect moment to reset, move, and get ready for the hours ahead in the air.

I focus on gentle mobility, light activation, and calm breathing rather than intense workouts. Think fluid movements that open the hips, release the back, and wake up the shoulders. It boosts circulation, reduces tension from sitting, and helps you board the plane feeling loose instead of restricted.

Preparation matters just as much as movement: hydrate well, walk mindfully through the terminal, maybe change shoes, and give your nervous system a short break from travel stress. Even 10–15 minutes of intentional movement can make a huge difference — for posture, comfort, and overall energy.

My tip: don’t just wait at the airport — use it as a transition space. Move with control, stay relaxed, and let your body arrive at the flight already prepared 🫶🏼
