Walking through the dirt road that connects Forza D’agrò, Roccafiorita and Limina, we will cross different areas in which we can find different plantations, like olive tree grove and areas with typical mediterranean vegetation, such broom, a typical medierranean flower which bloom during May and June, painting our valleys yellow.
After reaching Roccafiorita, known as the least populated village of Sicily, we will climb on the peak of Mount Kalfa at the altitude of 983 m. From there we will see the Calabrian coasts, Mount Scuderi, volcano Etna and the uncontaminated nature of Feudo Gerasia, with its typical mediterranean vegetations.
We will descend then towards Limina, through the country road untill Scifì, from where we will go back in Forza D’agrò where our tour will end.
From here we go towards the town of Limina. For us to enter the area of woodland typical meditrian species of trees such as chestnut, oak trees. As well as cultivated land olive tree and fruit trees which grow in this mediteranian tempature.
Then we shall see a small river "Aranciara" which in some period of the year with the proper capacity it can go down towards the famous "Goali" / mouth of the "Aranciara" where you can do canoe/river sports. While we go down we will see samll "farm-house" where we shall stop and have lunch. Where we shall tastes all the argicultar and sicillian dishes in this area.
After lunch we shall start to go towards Limina along this road we shall see a small town which is called "Scifi" we shall return to "Forza D`Agro to end our tour.

Вдоль линии грунтовой дороги Forza d'Agro/Roccafiorita/Limina,мы пересекаем смешанную зону оливковых деревьев,характерной данной средиземноморской местности.В настоящее время во всю здесь цветет"ginestra"(Cytisus scoparius)с мая по июнь и раскрашивает в желтый цвет все наши просторы.Досттигнув Borgo di Roccafiorita,известного как мало населенного поселка Сицилии,поднимаемся на высоту 983м.горы Monte Kalfa,ч то доминирует над другой частью Valle D'Agrò,откуда мы можем любоваться калабрийским побережьем,Monte Scuderi,г орой Etna,а также первозданной природой Feudo Gerasia с ее богатой средиземноморской растительностью. Отсюда мы спускаемся в поселок Limina,чтобы войти в лесистую местность с типичными каштанами и дубами ,чередующимися культивируемыми полями оливковых и фруктовых деревьев в умеренных климатических зонах;мы сталкиваемся с трибатурным потоком"a ranciara",где в данный период года по горной Gole Aranciara проводится каньонинг.П опутно мы встречаем маленький коттедж,где продегустируем сельскохозяйственные продукты и типичные сицилийские блюда.После обеда мы возобновим наш тур по дороге к маленькому Borgo di Scifì и вернемся в Forza d'Agrò для завершения нашей экскурсии.

POSTO LEONE

Walking through the dirt road that connects Forza D’agrò with Scifì, we will get closer to the riverbed of Agrò creek, by crossing it, we will pass by a hill and we will meet one of the most important building of the area, a National monument, the Church of Saint Peter and Paul of Agrò, which has Byzantine, Arabic and Norman origin. After a short break, we will continue our tour towards the small village of Casalvecchio; and then after climbing the Agrò creek’s nothern ridge we will find a spectacular view; looking to southward we will see Etna, to the northward Mount Scuderi.We will cross the typical cultivated lands and wilderness areas of mediterranean woodlands.
Continuing our tour we will arrive to Mount Vernà n and from his peak, in the clear days, it’s possible to see the Tyrrhenian sea and Eolian islands.
We will ride through the peloritan ridge towards Posto Leone, an equipped area of the municipality of Santa Lucia.
After a refreshing break we will go back to the starting point driving through “Pizzo Mualiu”, here we will venture into the forestry area of Torrente Dinarini valley, where there is the little village of Mandanici. Then we will go to Misserio village, situated in the valley of Savoca creek, on the coutry road that leads to Santa Teresa, and we will go back to Forza D’agrò where our trip will end.

Проезжая по грунтовой дороге между Forza d'Agro/Scifi,приближаясь к руслу реки Agro,переезжая ее,поднимаемся на горную территорию,увидев впереди себя важнейшую постройку византийского,арабского и норманского происхождения-церковь S.Pietro e Paolo ď Agro,которая является национальным достоянием.После небольшой остановки возобновим нашу экскурсию в сторону поселка Casalvecchio Siciliani,чтоб после подняться вдоль северной части реки d'Agro и увидим впереди нас красивейший пейзаж вулкана Этна,а также разворачиваясь на север,увидим горы Monte Scuderi.Проедем по смешанной зоне дикой природы средиземноморской экосистемы.Продолжая нашу поездку,доедем до горы Verna,с которой видны Тирренское море и острова Eoile.Едем в сторону Posto Leone и увидим поселок S.Lucia del Mela.Возвращаясь назад,проходя мимо "Pizzo Mualiu",входим в лесную зону,которая проходит рядом с рекой Dinarini и здесь же находится поселок Mandanici,что рядом с поселком Misserio,в

🌸🌺🌺🌸🌸ESCURSIONE QUAD + PRANZO 🌺🌺🌸🌸
Percorrendo la strada sterrata di collegamento Forza Dagrò/ Roccafiorita /limina, attraverseremo un’area mista tra zone coltivate ad Ulivo ed zone caratteristiche dell’areale mediterraneo, come la presenza della ginestra che nel periodo tra maggio e giugno colora di giallo le nostre vallate. Raggiunto il Borgo di Roccafiorita, conusciuto come il paese meno popolato della Sicilia, saliremo a quota 983 ca sulla vetta del Monte Kalfa, che sovrasta la parte alta della Valle D’ Agrò dal quale si possono ammirare le coste calabresi, Monte Scuderi, l’Etna e la natura incontaminata del Feudo Gerasia, con la sua ricca vegetazione tipicamente a macchia mediterranea. Da qui scenderemo verso il Paese di limina per entrare in un'area boscata con specie tipiche mediterranee come i castagni e le querce, a cui si alternano campi coltivati ad ulivi e fruttiferi di origine temperata; incontreremo un affluente del torrente "aranciara" che in alcuni periodi dell'anno e con le dovute capacità può essere disceso fino alle famose Gole Aranciara dove si pratica il canyonig. Lungo il percorso incontreremo il piccolo casolare dove sosteremo per pranzare, degustando i loro prodotti agricoli ed i piatti tipici siciliani. Dopo pranzo si riprenderà verso Limina e percorrendo la strada provinciale verso il piccolo borgo di Scifì ritorneremo a Forza D’Agrò per fine tour.
