B***y workout!

We will go through exercise using an elastic bad and a chair, focusing on our lower body and especially the butt. Let's get ready for summer and work that body!
If you want to change your body you need to work on it constantly, with different exercises.
Today we will be working on the quadriceps, glutes adductor Magnus, hamstrings with different form of squats, and chair lunges, adding chiar bridges with elastic band and one leg chair bridge in these we will be focusing on the re**us abdominis, erector spinae too 💪🤗♥️🐼

Today we are working on our obliques!

Obliques - love handle workout!!
Very good move to target that area. The obliques are two muscle: internal obliques and external obliques they are located on the side of the abdominals running from the hips to the rib cage.

For each exercise do 20 reps per each side, repeat the circuit two time. Take your time, breath and focus on each exercise
