He learned the Systema and its roots during the intensive period of expeditions to Russia, Kazakhstan and Australia. He learned this martial art from the elders, fascinated by the wisdom of Systema art. Knowing the Systema was a necessary "equipment" for every real man.
He studied Russian martial arts at Alexei Alexeyevich Kadochnikov's school.
He studied at the University of Novosibirsk, has a Master's degree in physical education and sports and a pedagogue - psychologist.
By combining knowledge and experience from fist fighting, Sambo, Systema and from the study, Andrey Karimov founded the Systema Siberian Cossack School of Martial Arts in 2009. A. R. Karimov's school is also specific in its psychological and therapeutic dimensions, it combines all aspects of a healthy, moderate and prudent personality. It emphasizes traditions, cultural heritage, respect for history. It encourages the union of all nations and nationalities, regardless of age, on a strong basis of male-female cooperation and family coexistence.
