Le Prime Forme è un viaggio sensoriale che celebra la presentazione delle prime Fontine DOP Alpeggio del 2026: un’occasione per scoprirne il profilo aromatico e l’unicità. Ad accompagnare la degustazione, una selezione di vini di Cave Mont Blanc, per esplorare il legame tra la biodiversità dei pascoli, le botaniche alpine e i sapori della montagna.

Con la Live Food Performance, invece, cucina, musica e arti performative si incontrano in un racconto dal vivo dedicato alle essenze della montagna. Un’esperienza firmata Food Ensemble, dove il paesaggio prende forma attraverso il gusto e il suono.

Le Prime Forme is a sensory journey celebrating the presentation of the first 2026 Fontina PDO from Alpine pastures: an opportunity to discover its aromatic profile and uniqueness. Accompanying the tasting is a selection of wines from Cave Mont Blanc, offering a chance to explore the connection between the biodiversity of Alpine pastures, Alpine botanicals and the flavours of the mountains.

With the Live Food Performance, cuisine, music and performing arts come together in a live story dedicated to the essences of the mountains. An experience by Food Ensemble, where the landscape takes shape through taste and sound.
