The World Curling Federation family just grew by 1.37 Billion!

We are excited (and proud) that India 🇮🇳 is now a (Conditional) Member of the World Curling Federation and are looking forward to working with the Curling Federation of India to grow the sport in India and among Indian diaspora overseas.

As we have done since 2014, we will continue to support and help Indian curlers around the world with their dreams of pursuing the sport at a level of their choosing. Our work has only just begun!

Congratulations, Nigeria Curling Federation!

Nigeria 🇳🇬 has become the first ever African Member Association to win at a World Curling Championship. Its mixed doubles pair beat France 8-5 in their last game of the World Mixed Doubles Curling Championship 2019.

After the game Tijani Cole said: “I am feeling ecstatic. I am excited. To all my countrymen at home, we did it. We did it.”

We are now officially a member of the Pacific International Cup family!

Congratulations to P. N. Raju, Girithar Suthakaran, Vinay Goenka and Kishan Vasant on being part of the first Team India 🇮🇳 to compete at the Pacific International Cup!

Thank you to all the PIC committee members, volunteers, ice crew and the Richmond Curling Centre for their wonderful hospitality. Thank you also to all the teams and curlers from Alaska, Arizona, Australia, British Columbia, Oregon and Yukon for their spirited and friendly competition.

We are also really proud that our curler, Girithar, was awarded the Sportsmanship Award in the Men's competition!

A huge shout out to our friends at the Australian Curling Federation. Is this the beginning of a friendly Pacific-Asia rivalry?
