Questo schema , vi spiega esattamente come ci si allena e come è estremamente importante monitorare la propria f.c durante un allenamento.
Capire se stiamo raggiungendo l obiettivo prefissato o piú semplicemente se in quella determinata sessione sono più o meno stanco di un altra è fondamentale usare un cardio frequenzimetro,non solo come strumento per bruciare le calorie ma anche per capire il nostro stato di forma e monitorare "la macchina" cuore..

in Italy we have an old saying ... an apple a day keeps the doctor away ... surely the one I'm about to write you already know, but it never hurts to remember it and especially if you want to get in shape why not not a good one apple consumption? the apple has in fact a very high antioxidant power (ORAC), with a value index around 4275, with variations depending on the type of apple considered, as it contains provitamin A, vitamins B1, B2, B6, E and C, citric acid, malic acid, niacin and folic acid, along with flavonoids and carotenoids.

Apples are mainly intended for home consumption, both immediately and in the kitchen for the preparation of first and second courses and above all various desserts. It also lends itself to being used to prepare beauty masks at home. The apple has always been an ally of beauty: it has a rather low calorie intake and, thanks to the pectin, it helps to eliminate toxins.

Tugh enough after some days with out workout, but hiit is always the best strategy for lose winter kilos...(or don t put kilos )especially when in Milan the panettone is coooomingg🥰🥰!!
