On the left an excellent first stage. It is considered,from technical divers, probably among the best on the market. I agree because it possesses technical qualities of performance and materials that make it very reliable.
It's part of a set that a client gave me for periodic maintenance. He made about eighty dives. I took the opportunity, since I'm using a set that have done with me a very similar amount of diving, To do the regular maintenance for one of mine. I worked on my primary regulator (like that of my client).
I state that I can not know how my client dealt with his first stage, but I know how mine was treated during his use up until today.
well, on the right my first stage disassembled and not passed in the ultrasonic tank.the one on the left, instead it was disassembled and cleaned in the ultrasonic tank.
in conclusion, I can personally say that I have two first stages that have the highest quality characteristics both in terms of materials quality and performance, together with perfect routing. I notice that the first stage on the right allows the extrusion of the seat valve from the body and this is an excellent feature, from the technical point of view.
I can only offer my congratulations to Florent Michel Locatelli for having been able to realize this product and to Mares for having believed and invested in this area of the diving market.
