Our BOX
CrossFit Cefalù is the original CF BOX in Cefalù.
We are located at the entrance of Lascari, easy to reach from all surounding towns and close to beaches and the autostrada Palermo - Messina. Our NEW box has all the equipment you need, showers, a outdoor gym and a private parking.
The Head-Instuctor is Susy. Her resumé is to long to write down. Ex: world class martial artists (old style MMA) Kung Fu, wind/kitesurfer, one of Sicilys best ultratrailrunners (present). Together with her twin Angela, they brought modern training to Palermo and Cefalù, they are now training the third generation in Cefalù. Angela is nowadays more into Yoga and running. In their Youth, they trained togheter with the officers of the swedish marines special forces.
The second instructor is Stefan. His background is martial arts, Big mountain skiing, MTB and watersports. He is a specialist in massagetherapy. He made his militaryservice in a "Free" attack unit.
