join me and in a richly historic region in the south of tuscany surrounded by woodlands, vineyards, olive groves, mountain streams, spectacular views and untouched landscapes. together we will ground down and experience a bountiful natural and cultural wonderland while you immerse yourself in your yoga practice without distractions. all levels of yoga practioners are welcome.

this retreat will be both intimate and epic as our venue is a refurbished group of villas nestled in rolling mountains (it is not a giant hotel) so space is limited and each room has a unique decorative flavor. there is even a yurt on the property :)

here's an animated teaser for a flow i'll be sharing via my youtube channel on monday, march 23rd at noon. it will be a regular video (not live streaming), so if this time doesn't work for you, no worries, you can access it at any time. in the meantime, you can listen to some mozart and check out some of the ways we will be activating hip flexion and hip extension.

as we globally adjust to our respective realities of shelter in place we are collectively calibrating our new normal while simultaneously knowing that things are everything but normal. since the bay will be my home for the foreseeable future, i am getting into my daily groove of practicing yoga in a new environment and sharing it in some similar and some new ways.

i am open to suggestions of what you want to practice - let me know how long you want to flow, what parts of your body you want to work and anything else i can support.
