Banger (1600cc) World Championship Result

Following post-race scrutineering checks the result is to be changed.

The initial winner #20 Josh Machin has been found to be illegal and therefore will be removed from the result.

Spedeworth/Incarace would like to congratulate #591 Aaron Morris who now becomes the 2023 World Champion after Aarons’ car passed the post-race scrutineering checks.

The result for the top three in the World Championship race is now as follows:-
1st Aaron Morris (591)
2nd Brad Wickson (333)
3rd Bradley Green (449)

Aaron will be presented with the World Championship honours at the next 1600cc Banger event which takes place at Arlington Stadium, Eastbourne on Saturday 27th January which features the Bangers competing for the Champion of Champions title. (5pm start time).

Once again, congratulations to Aaron on becoming the 2023 World Champion.

Amazing weekend watching Noah Wolfe Racing in the OK world championship. Fantastic driving all through the heats to put himself in contention, but it wasn't to be. That's racing!

Fantastic event with the fastest, closest racing we've ever seen.

Thoughts go out to Joe Turney. Hope it's not too serious. Not something you ever want to see.
