Wir, Andre und Monica Smit, haben das Prati Piani im Jahre 2001 von Margarita Vita übernommen. Vita war eine Nachfahrin der berühmten Agnesi-Dynastie, die regional durch ihre Pasta berühmt wurde. Prati Piani selbst besteht aus einer Villa, einem Apartmenthaus (Casa Cantoniera) und dem Bauernhof (Fattoria). In den letzten Jahrzehnten wurde dieser Komplex als Hotelanlage genutzt, weswegen es in der

Gegend auch aus Albergo Prati Piani bekannt ist. Als wir das Gewerbe übernahmen, stand es bereits fünf Jahre leer und besonders das Casa Cantoniera und der Fattoria waren in einem sehr schlechten Zustand. Nach viel Arbeit ist es uns aber gelungen, den alten Glanz wieder herzustellen und die Gebäude zu modernisieren. Wir wollen die schöne Landschaft, die Ruhe und Stille sowie das Gefühl des gemütlichen „Nach-Hause-Kommens“ mit anderen teilen und vermieten deshalb die schönen Häuser für einen herrlichen Urlaub. Sei es eine Heirat, ein Treffen mit Freunden oder Familie, eine Feier oder ein Firmenausflug, wir stellen uns sehr gerne individuell auf unsere Gäste ein.

The little creek that runs through Prati Piani has lacked a bit of needed attention. A project my husband has been itching to start! Finally, he had the time ... and the first results are so satisfying! Book with us to witness this transformation live while enjoying the quaint babbling sounds of the brook along with the many other delights Prati Piani (DL) has to offer.
