Boxing it up this morning with a fun lengthening and strengthening workout 💪🏻

…..because even millimetric movements count 😊

Recently a client told me “I’m millimetric” and I quite liked that 🥰 because I think even the tiny tiniest adjustment/movement can make a huge difference.

It’s not about being perfect! Every body is different and every day is different so we want to make that body move at its best in that specific moment 💪🏻💪🏻💪🏻

On that note I wish you all a very happy Easter 🐣

Working on some isometric contractions here to engage and strengthen the muscles.

Using the wall to begin with and then just body weight.

Left the sound on 🔊 because there’s too much going on. Today you got 😜
