Hello everyone and happy Tuesday 😊
This week I’m sharing this nice standing joints warm up. Starting with the ankles and moving up to the pelvis prepping for some squats.

🎥 have been ⏭️ and I’m only showing one leg but I highly recommend to do both if you want to feel more even 😜
1️⃣ Body weight transfer forward and back (from toes to heels)
2️⃣ Transfer side to side (inside one foot/outside the other)
3️⃣ Heel lift
4️⃣ Ankle rotations (both directions)
5️⃣ Knees bent (Achilles stretch)
6️⃣ Heel to butt (hammises)
7️⃣ Tibia internal/ external rotation with knee flexion
8️⃣ Knee cars
9️⃣ Pelvis rotation
🔟 other direction
1️⃣1️⃣ Releve + squat
1️⃣2️⃣ Hold Squat lift 1 heel, lift the other, both together and stand
1️⃣3️⃣ Squat with heels and pulse at the bottom
