Did you buy a ski pass in the past? You may be entitled to a refund or discount credit.
The 12 ski resorts of Dolomiti Superski have in fact committed to the Italian Competition and Market Authority (AGCM) to provide refunds and discounts to eligible customers who purchased a ski pass for a ski resort during the 2022/23, 2023/24 and 2024/25 winter seasons.
Eligible customers can choose between a refund of 20% of the amount paid or a discount credit equal to 30% of the total value, which can be used towards the future purchase of a ski pass for a single ski resort.
The eligible ski passes:
- Multi-day ski passes for one of our 12 ski resorts, valid for up to 31 consecutive days;
- Discounted or promotional ski passes for one of our 12 ski resorts, valid for up to 31 consecutive days.
Starting October 15th, 2026, eligible customers will be able to submit their request online through the dedicated platform. We’re preparing everything to make the process as simple and straightforward as possible
In the meantime, we recommend gathering the supporting documents needed to prove the purchase of one or more of the eligible ski passes during the relevant seasons. These may include, for example, purchase receipts, order confirmations, credit card statements or the physical ski pass.

PLEASE NOTE: The initiative does not apply to ski passes for individual ski resorts with seasonal validity, nor to any type of Dolomiti Superski passes.
