1 - Ramp goblet squat emphasizes heel contact and will promote vertical displacement of the pelvis with external rotation bias

2 - Heel elevated goblet squat flattens the arch and by shifting weight forward promotes horizontal displacement of the pelvis with internal rotation bias

3 - Goblet floor squat to emphasize posterior weight shift
