💥I'm only at the beginning but it gets exciting every single time.

💥It's a patient and slow process getting into the discipline of weightlifting, but the details and a really well planned programme they do make the difference.

💥It's a fixing process every session, looking for the small details that aren't yet perfect.

💥You get rewards but you also get disappointments at the same time and that's the way it should.

🤸‍♂️The mobility it's the base of every journey and a solid basement It's a must to achieve and maintain an excellent bodyshape and healthier body. The older we get the more we need to look after it.

"Iso- eccentrics and reactive neuromuscular tension" 🏋📚

To increase muscle volume, strenght, form, alignment, tequiniche we need to look after these things.

1. Eccentric tempo Rest. Band 90° squat. Better version to another conventional squat if you're looking to perform better, looking after the perfect alignment of the body on the way down and viceversa, tequiniche and max tension around posterior chain and hamstrings.

2. Deadlift. Even here we applied the same patterns, focus on eccentrics to a slightly fasten concentric phase to emphatazie power and form on both up and down side.

3. 3 Point Deadlift. Middle shine - Above knee - Pelvic line. Here we emphatazie the posterior chain predominantly as we need to keep the spine alignment at all the time during the 3 phases. Extremely brutal but really efficient, again for max results of your workout and max tension.

"First beginner Animal Flow client"🐒

That's was only the 2nd session for this big boy and with the right roots and fundamentals if applied as it should, we can see already an understanding and improvement process going on.

So far we've been focused on the first pattern of Animal flow📚. Wrist mobilization, activation and travelling forms. Today we end up doing a tiny sequence of Form specific stretches learning the pattern between beast to loaded beast and unload to wave unload.
