Just wrapped up my final Strong Nation class today, followed by a Zumba blast yesterday. Three years of teaching – what a wild ride!

Starting off as a Zumba instructor, I was a bit of a rookie, but we learned and grooved together. Shoutout to the awesome Aviano crew who went from class participants to workout buddies and friends. Your smiles are etched in my mind!

Taking on Strong Nation was a personal feat. Navigating English as my second language during those intense workouts had its moments, but major props to everyone who powered through with me and tolerated my occasional language hiccups.

Gonna miss you all big time. Not sure where life's taking me next, but fingers crossed we'll cross paths again someday, somewhere! 🎉💪
