🌟Banded pull-ups have therefore become common support for many athletes.

🌟It’s important to know that full range of motion is the key to make a consistent progress at the pull-ups💪🏻

🌟For more control and efficiency I highly recommend banded pull down with a stick instead of over-stacking the bands at the pull-up bar.

Handstand Warm-Up Drill

Proper warm-up for handstand or handstand walk is essential for maintaining good balance and stability in the position.
Always give yourself few min to go through few sets of exercises that help you activate the mechanics for your upcoming workout.
Give this one a try - do 2-3 sets of this combo before you move into the handstand.

Warm ups are maybe not the most desirable part of our training but though it’s one of the most important task to do before we execute our main workout.
Proper warm up prevents injuries by loosening your joints. It improves blood flow to your muscles and therefor making them less likely to tear or twist during your workout.

Do your warm up, give this one a GO, focus on slow and controlled movements so your workout can be more effective for future results.

Turkish Get-up - Reverse

Turkish getup it's a graceful movement that isn't done enough.
When it comes to full body training, there are not many exercises that target your entire body the way the Turkish getup does.
Strength, stability, mobility and flexibility all in one movement.

The Turkish getup really does target almost every major muscle group, and due to the transitions between lying, kneeling, and standing, there's a particularly strong focus on the core and the stabilizing muscles of the hips and shoulders.

Start practicing the Turkish Getup in your training. Practice on both sides until the movements are very smooth. You will be getting a great workout if you take your time and perform the movements correctly.
