From May 23rd to 25th, I took part in an ice swimming workshop inside a glacier cave at Hintertux in Austria – at an altitude of around 3,250 meters above sea level.
Swimming in such an incredible place was an unforgettable experience – crystal-clear water at -0.8°C and breathtaking surroundings.
Huge thanks to the and everyone who shared this amazing adventure with me!

Individual Training:

🔹 1 session – 10,000 kr (valid for 60 days)
🔹 4-session package (monthly) – 38,000 kr (valid for 30 days)
🔹 8-session package (monthly) – 75,000 kr (valid for 45 days)

Training for 2 People:

👥 1 session – 14,000 kr (valid for 60 days)
👥 4-session package (monthly) – 54,000 kr (valid for 30 days)
👥 8-session package (monthly) – 104,000 kr (valid for 45 days)

📌 Important! Unused sessions expire after the validity period. Consistency is key to progress! 🏊‍♂️

World Championships,50m Olympic pool, Molveno, Italy, January 14–19, 2025

After months of hard work and preparation, we did it! 💪 Incredible performances, personal bests, and unforgettable moments. The water temperature stayed around 1–2°C throughout the trip, but on race day, we were blessed with beautiful, clear skies.
We want to thank for the amazing support and help during the competition. Without you, it would have been much harder and far less fun!
Huge respect to all our competitors—sharing the pool with such talented athletes is always an honor.
Thank you for all the support along the way. On to the next challenge!

Day 1: Tuesday
• Morning session:
10:00 (9:00 IS) – Agga: 500m Freestyle, Heat 3, Lane 7.
• Afternoon session:
13:45 (12:45 IS) – Mateusz: 500m Freestyle, Heat 15, Lane 5.

Day 2: Wednesday
• Morning session:
8:30 (7:30 IS) – Marta: 50m Backstroke, Heat 9, Lane 5 (possible final at 16:50 – fingers crossed!).
11:15 (10:15 IS) – Agga: 250m Freestyle, Heat 4, Lane 4.
• Afternoon session:
14:40 – Mateusz: 250m Freestyle, Heat 20, Lane 8.
17:35 (16:35 IS) – Mixed 4x50m Medley Relay: Marta.

Day 3: Thursday
• Morning session:
11:45 (10:45 IS) – Marta: 50m Butterfly, Heat 10, Lane 5 (possible final at 18:10 – let’s hope for the best!).
14:00 (13:00 IS) – Agga: 1000m Freestyle, Heat 1, Lane 4.
• Evening session:
18:20 (17:20 IS) – Mixed 4x50m Freestyle Relay: Marta.

Day 4: Friday
• Morning session:
8:30 (7:30 IS) – Mateusz: 1000m Freestyle, Heat 13, Lane 3.
• Afternoon session:
16:40 (15:40 IS) – Marta: 200m Individual Medley, Fastest Heat, Lane 3.

Day 6: Saturday
• Morning session:
9:45 (8:45 IS) – Agga: 100m Breaststroke, Heat 7, Lane 8.
11:45 (10:45 IS) – Marta: 50m Freestyle, Heat 18, Lane 5 (possible final at 14:55 – cheering all the way!).

December 1st - Nationals in Cold Swimming

What an unforgettable day! My amazing athlete smashed her personal bests – huge congratulations to her!!I’m beyond proud of her dedication and hard work.
After a tough race, I also managed to achieve my own personal record.
A heartfelt thank you to my parents, friends, and supporters for your incredible cheering – your energy truly makes a difference!
