Brandenburg Cup 2026 🇩🇪
Our boxer Mihail Fedorets competed at the Brandenburg Cup in Germany.

In the first round, he was matched against a local German boxer. It was a really close fight, but this time the judges gave the decision to the home boxer.

We’re proud of Mihail’s performance. He gave everything in the ring and showed that he belongs at this level.

Once again,our team proved that Icelandic boxing is moving in the right direction.We are competing with strong boxing countries,putting on great fights, and showing that we can win at this level.

We’ll keep working,keep improving,and we’ll be back even stronger.

ICEBOX 2026 🏆
What a fantastic night of boxing!
Four fighters from our team stepped into the ring:

🥊 Simona Miksaite - showed great heart but came up short this time.
🥊 Pal Lleshi - secured a great victory.
🥊 Mihail Fedorets - gave his all but was defeated.
🥊 Sigurjón Gudnason - won the main event by TKO and became the new ICEBOX Champion! 🏆

I’m proud of every fighter who represented our team. Win or lose, it takes courage, discipline, and dedication to step into the ring.

Our team did something incredible this weekend. The difference in experience was huge - for some of our fighters these were their first bouts, while some opponents already had 100+ fights.
Despite that, our team delivered very competitive fights. Final score: Iceland 5 - Poland 6.

Historic start for Team Iceland 🇮🇸🥊

We made a strong statement on the opening day of the Danas Pozniakas U19 Tournament in Vilnius - two fights, two wins.

Artem Siurkov showed discipline, smart tactics and heart in a tough bout against Estonia, securing a well-deserved victory.
Mihail Fedorets followed with a confident performance, proving his experience and level with a clear win over Lithuania.

Both boxers came back for their second bouts and, despite very close fights, came up just short of another victory. Strong performances, valuable experience, and lessons that will make us better.

Proud of our boxers, their mindset, and the work they put in every single day. This is just the beginning.

🇪🇺 European Boxing Championships
🥊 Viktor Zoega — Iceland

We’ve just competed at the European Championships, where Viktor got one of the toughest draws - a top Ukrainian boxer in 1st day of tournament. He fought brilliantly and was very close to winning, but the judges didn’t give it our way this time.
Still, this is a big achievement for Iceland. Competing at such a high level and showing that our fighters can stand with Europe’s best makes us incredibly proud.
This is just the beginning for Viktor.
